Sick PCs - Leave Monitor Up

Hi There -
Sarah reminded us, if possible, leave sick/weird acting pc screens "up" and place "PC is Under the Weather" sign atop 'em. In this manner, IT can log in remotely and try and fix the problem.

So the monitor needs to be on? I did not know that.

No, the monitor does not need to be one the CPU needs to be on. Don't turn it off

Let me clear up the confusion. Sarah came by the other day and one of the adult computers was off. There was a track-it sent about us being locked out. What Sarah told us was that you don't need to send a track-it because we are only locked out for an half an hour. You get three time to but in the wrong password before it locks you out. SO just wait an half and hour and try it again. I'm not sure if everyone knows that correct password and that is what is causing it.

If we do send a track it do not shut down the CPU because they can't fix it remotely. Turn off the monitor because it doesn't need to be on but not the CPU. Also, wait until it cycles itself after a hard reboot because they are set to boot up.
