Hi all,
Please remember that they are to use study room A for four hours and not the conference room. They came today and I put them in the study room where they are supposed to be. They were told to use IAAP instead of County of Henrico and Hanover County and that they can not book the small conference room since the rules state that it is only for meetings.

Also, do not renew the Group Study Room after they have already had it for 4 hours. That just does not give other patrons a chance to use the large study room, if they have it for half the day.
Also they are now booking it under the name "CAP study group and they say they will try to be consistent.
